Hi Guys :)

As promised here are some pics from the Baby Shower :) It was sooo much fun. Have you ever been to a Baby Shower? Think it's not very popular in the UK. My friend is from South Africa and Baby Showers are really popular over there.

Mum's Engagement Dress

Dress:Mum's Engagement Dress, Belt: Old - Can't remember, Earrings:Present from Mum, Bag:Vintage, Heels:Ebay-check out here

Hi Guys,

I hope you had a great Saturday :) As mentioned yesterday I went to a wedding last night.

I wore my mum's engagement dress but the clue is, she doesn't know anything about it :) I've just emailed her the pics and asked her if she remembers the dress. She should call up in a minute. Found the dress at my Uncle's house :) I remember long time ago I asked her where the dress was and she said she can't remember and that she might have given it away.

The dress is gorgeous :D I felt really sexy in the dress "lol" hehehe I know I'm not cocky at all!

Anyway have to get ready in a minute :) Going to a Baby Shower. Yuppiiii :)

Have a great Sunday!

Heyo :)

Here I am with a very unplanned shopping haul :-/ only wanted to pop into the bank!! I should not spend any money as Uni starts in a month and I still have not paid off my credit card. I JUST CAN'T CONTROL MYSELF AAAAAAAAAAAAA :)
Do you have the same problem?

Anyway... let's get back to the haul hehe :) First the denim shorts. They are thrifted :) and sooo gorgeous. Very Alexa like! Only paid £1.50 :) WOHOO!

The suede ankle boots are from Dorothy Perkins and were originally £40 reduced to £7 YES 7 7 7 7 :) also used my student card so got them for £6.30! BARGAIN!

The SUPER CUTE bag is from H&M and was £9.99 (non sale item). I think it is a very versatile bag and the colours are just gorgeous.

The Bow is also from Dorothy Perkins. I think I will wear it on my graduation with a white shirt and black trousers. I'm sure it will look super chic.

The nail varnishes and Hello Kitty Body sprays are from H&M. The sprays smell sooo gorgeous and I have to say they last quite long.

The nail plasters and the Mac Blush have been bought online this week. The Mac Blush is just gorgeous. My first one and I'm in love. The colour is a Barbie Pink :) it's buildable. So if you like a more natural look then you only need a little bit.

I'm off now as I have to get ready :) Going to a wedding party. What are your plans for tonight?

Speak to you soon babes!

Have a great weekend

BOUGHT!

I received an email today that the NEW Xen-Tan Dark Lotion Absolute Luxe is out :) I ordered it immediately :) Can’t wait to try it out. I’m a fake tan addict and love to try new products. So watch out my blog for a review soon :)

That’s what they say:

New to the range, Dark Lotion Absolute Luxe has been four years in the making. During that time we've perfected our darkest, richest and most luxurious tan to date; one that offers a tan that will last longer than any other fake-tan product.

To create this ultimate dark, long-lasting tan, we've included more DHA active tanning agent than ever before. Because DHA is what causes the traditional 'fake tan smell', we've also included Scent Secure - a revolutionary new ingredient that locks out any chemical odours. So you can enjoy incredible natural-looking results for up to 10 days that leave you feeling fabulous.

Enriched with Ginko Biloba, Green Tea extract, aloe and Shea butter, Dark Lotion Absolute Luxe is a real treat for skin, leaving it feeling wonderfully nourished and smooth.

Easy to apply, it smoothes on evenly and fades evenly too, for beautifully even, olive-toned results every time.

New Love: Bio Oil

Heyo,

How are you guys? I thought I would finally do a review on Bio Oil. Bio Oil is a specialist skin care product that claims to help to improve the appearance of scars, ageing and dehydrated skin, stretch marks and uneven skin tone. I originally bought it for my face as I thought I needed extra moisture while I’m on holiday as the sun dehydrates my skin and every time I come back from holiday it feels like my skin has aged :) Soon after using it couple of times I started using it on my body as well.

Ok here is a summary review:

I’m loving it because:

+ It is really easily absorbed and non-greasy meaning clothes can be put on straight away

+ In the past I was too lazy to moisturize my body every day as it was to much work. But now I can’t wait to put the oil on. It glides on so easily that it only takes me couple of minutes and I feel like I have totally treated my body. I know weird :)

+ It helps to reduce the appearance of scars by improving the condition of skin with scar tissue. One scar on my face is less visible now. Even my hubby noticed it which is very unusual :)

+ It helps keep the skin as elastic as possible, thereby helping to prevent stretch marks from developing during periods of rapid change in body size such as pregnancy and weight loss. My friend who was pregnant last year swears by it. She did not even have one stretch mark.

+ It reduces the appearance of uneven skin tone making the skin smooth and silky

+ On dehydrated skin it provides intensive moisture making the skin look more radiant and fresh. My face used look a bit dull in the past. However ,when using Bi Oil on holiday so many people complimented me on my glowy skin. Furthermore, it improves the texture, tone and appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

+ It can be used as a Nourishing hand and cuticle oil. My cuticles do not look as dry and ugly anymore.

+ ANDDDDDDDDDD most importantly it did not break me out as it is hypoallergenic and contains no preservatives therefore suitable for all skin types

The downsides are:

- The smell needs get used to. Its not the most gorgeous smell in the world but it is not very strong and therefore does not last very long. Its not like perfumed moisturisers so your skin does not smell for hours. Which in my opinion is a good thing. I don’t like very heavy perfumed moisturisers. My fragrance is heavy enough "lol" You know what I mean.

- A 200ml bottle is £19.95 at Boots which I think is quite pricey but then on the other hand I’m not sure how long it will last me. Amazon has a half price offer on it at the moment. Saw it after I bought on Boots :( So it’s always worth checking on the internet first.

- The bottle could be a bit prettier but as long as it works who cares. One good thing about the packaging is that it’s a plastic bottle so can’t break easily as I often drop things. Clumsy is my second name :) Also a glass bottle can be quite heavy and when you are going on holiday you need every gram from your 20kg suitcase weight allowance.

Have you tried it? Please let me know what you think?
